MODAA Inc is a licensed, insured, certified and award winning remodeling company serving the Los Angeles community for over a decade. We are certified by the US Green Building Council to build LEED certified homes. We provide full service remodeling and new construction services.
Our crews on the field focus on building and developing, while the office staff focuses on the latest trends, most efficient products, quality vendors, ensuring proper project management and scheduling practices.

We have a full time LEED AP certified Project Manager on staff. We work with Engineers, Architects, and Designers to build according to their designs. We also have a long list of industry partners we’ve worked with in the past to take on remodeling projects and manage the entire build out from beginning to end. What sets Modaa apart from the competition is our integrity and interest in establishing relationships. We understand that dealing with any type of home improvement can be a very emotional decision and comes with temporary compromises, in order to create the exact space you have envisioned. Awarding the most suitable Contractor
for your project can be time consuming, however well worth the research.

Our business model is based on client retention and word of mouth referrals. We believe each
renovation has a unique team tailored specifically to the scope of that given remodel. Not every
shoe fits, and not every job fits. When contacted by the client for an interview, we are also
interviewing to make certain that we can be the unique team required to carry out the proposed
remodel.
