Details: New construction of a restaurant working with Ann Sacks, independent artist to create a full wall feature showcasing prefinished hand-cut and stained wood pieces that come together to form fish scales. All furniture made by a MODAA vendor, silestone slab, wood paneling throughout. We worked with Caruso to check off all landlord requirements and completed the project as budgeted and scheduled.
