Details: Tenant improvement of a blank space converting it into the coolest shop on the block with all the high end finishes and craftsmanship. Where else do you get Terrazzo flooring, curved Terrazzo benches, a larger than life Sasquatch feature with a live green wall and amazing coffee? The architect created a seamless design with natural light and the feel of natural light by using a Barrisol ceiling system. The reveals are everything in this space; from giving the light enough visibility to highlighting the beautiful painting by the artist Hueman.
