Created in 2008 by Patrick Ahounber, MODAA began as a small-scale renovation business. Despite the struggles of the economic recession, the prioritization of connection over profit allowed the company to blossom. Now, with the help of his wife Rosie Abramyan MODAA stands as an established award winning, certified luxury construction company with a client list that is studded by companies like Nobu, Mandarin Oriental, and Aesop. The quality of MODAA’s builds and dedication to creating lasting spaces has never wavered and is at the heart of the company’s success story.
