Over the years, we have established relationships with landlords and tenants and many required specialty subcontractors throughout Southern California.
When working with specialty trades, we gather three bids within each trade in order to provide the most competitive bid. Partnering with Tenants gives us the advantage to establish an efficient design and build plan prior to breaking ground. We have in house Project Managers dedicated to each project. We can take on tenant improvement projects of all sizes ranging from a quick cosmetic clean up to a complete space build out.
